元。太仓是全国城乡居民收入差距最小、农民收入最高的城市之一。社会保
障不断强化，创新建立覆盖城乡的社会保障“太仓模式”。大病再保险政策成
为国家医保新政蓝本。在全国率先推行灵活就业人员职业伤害保险制度。市
民平均寿命达82岁，获评中国长寿之乡。

The annual per capita disposable income of urban residents is
RMB50,134, while that of rural residents is RMB25,643. Taicang is
one of the Chinese cities with the narrowest gap of incomes between
the urban and rural residents and the highest incomes of farmers. The
social security has been increasingly enhanced. An innovative
“Taicang mode” for guaranteeing urban and rural social security has
been established. The reinsurance policies concerning serious illnesses
of Taicang have set up a new model for the national medical insurance
reform. Taicang has taken a lead nationwide to promote the
occupational injury insurance system for flexible employment personnel.
The average life expectancy of the citizens of Taicang is 82 years.
Taicang is also honored as the “Longevity City of China”.
